Completing an Order

Once an order has been picked, packed and labelled for shipping then the order can be marked as completed. you can do this using the following steps:

  1. Log into the store back end
  2. Go to WooCommerce > Orders
  3. Select the appropriate status (Northern Warehouse)
  4. Tick the orders you wish to complete

This allows bulk completion of orders once you have picked them.

Set the Bulk Actions to “Completed”

and click apply

This completes the order, and sends an email to the customer advising their order is shipping and will be with them shortly.
